i was told to start to write a diary (requested by one of my doctors) about my daily life, and idk how to be constant without being really depressed at everything being the same every day T_T
Once, when I was struggling mentally, my therapist advised me to write down three good things about every day; maybe that's something you could try doing in your diary! It's a nice way to make yourself more aware of when positive things happen: things that made you laugh, nice interactions you had, projects you enjoyed working on, good meals, times you saw cool wildlife or landscapes or sunsets.
