Oh my, not you too (•́ ᴖ •̀).. Do report the incident to the Neocities staff as soon as you can and try to not think too hard over it. The culmination of the effort you took into your website is one that doesn't deserve to be plagiarized, hope things work out for you.
@spotties THANKU!! well it actually happened on nekoweb and i wrote on their chatbox (its actually mine cuz they stole my whole layout) to remove my code from their site (they havent answered yet) and in case they dont remove it i might contact nekoweb but im not sure yet TwT
