According to my analysis, it looks like you made your intro because you might be done with your Neocities page or mostly done.
yea the site needs something better than neocities :3 maybe some real hardware to host it on.
I wonder how you do that because I wanted to make my own official website...
You can host it on a vps in the cloud or on your own pc on a docker container or locally on any machine you wana call a html server. I think you can use cloud flare tunneling for exposing it.
I strongly recomend a vps or a dedicated server in the cloud.
