I remember working at Home Goods and my manager destroying things before putting things in the dumpster. Not just home decor, but gourmet honey, english tea, preserves, dainty little tea cookies. It made me sad then, and it still does. idk... kindness is as easy as sharing things one doesn't need anymore

It is amazing and somewhat shameful what just gets thrown out.
Before they started locking the Little Caesar's dumpster after they closed I absolutely ate fresh (boxed! right on top!) dumpster pizza.
A lot of places also intentionally destroy whatever they're throwing away. So wasteful

Yes! Their dumpster was actually one of the first we ever checked. Everything broken.
