I assumed your visual style was an intentional commentary on our vain endeavor to recapture the essence of the web we remember from our youth, but maybe I'm just reading too far into things for the sake of this joke
A couple of years ago I started writing an essay about Coldplay--namely about the themes of surveillance and paranoia sprinkled throughout their lyrics. But then I realized that writing something in depth about Coldplay just ... isn't worth it?

@dicjournal Thanks very much! A Brewster top sounds up my alley. :) I’ve been dressing with more bright colors/wacky patterns at work in the past year or so. It feels like a much more authentic version of me even though my work persona is very reserved. Sometimes I wonder if it’s confusing for people (kinda like that person who was surprised by my site), but I guess they probably don't think about me that much.
