ok so it turns out that embedding audio files from the internet archive is not the greatest thing ever. it has a tendency to cut out and stop responding. so i guess... i'll just... not have song previews on my site anymore?
i really hate the state of file sharing now. catbox is getting overloaded by terabytes of garbage data from genAI sources, not that it was tremendously stable to begin with. the internet archive can't serve tiny MP3 files, filegarden has no ToS, and bandcamp just dumps music into AI training, either by itself or with somebody else's help.
neocities isn't taking any stance at all on genAI except for "tinfoil hat crazy", making it less than attractive to buy a supporter subscription. nekoweb doesn't offer enough storage space, even with a subscriber account, to host all of my music and narration files in the first place.

https://filegarden.com/terms/ it has tos now, what do you think?
well.... it's a boilerplate ToS but at least it's better than nothing. (like seriously, i've seen this exact wording on like a dozen websites)
