i guess the issue i'm having with the CSS update is i'm from tumblr. rather than fixing anything or banning actual nazis, tumblr just does a superficial aesthetic change every so often to make it look more like competing services. they polish the turd so much, you don't even realise it's a turd now.

neocities has some glaring holes in its ToS in regards specifically to ai scraping and its moderators banning practises. we asked for clarity and kd responded by making a superficial aesthetic change. so, i'm just concerned that neocities is also polishing a turd.
yeah, i don't mind a little tinker with the look on here now and then, but i would prefer that improvements to the service that are more important than aesthetics, ones like you mention, be prioritized
