i like making up stories with my characters before they're fully developed because their personalities come naturally instead of having to force myself to think of something for a bio

real, i feel like this is like, a more natural way to develop characters! its hard to make a whole personality devoid of a story (eg the character's experiences)

no im the same way, especially when it comes to ttrpg characters. i have like a baseline to start with, super bare bones like "this ones silly" or "this one bullies his friends" and everything else gets built as i have them bounce off other pcs

adding a noscript tag and reassuring people that they can keep JS turned off. kinda a pet peeve of mine when sites are like "PLEASE ENABLE JAVASCRIPT I WON'T STEAL UR INFO" and i don't wanna be that person

@vanillamilkshake i'll go along with it then, i gotta figure out how to not make it look ugly. one thing i'm worried about is accessibility if it would ruin the page in some way

having too many subpages always made me feel uneasy, glad to see im not the only one
flower symbolism is cool, but taking country into account would probably be cool too, like giving an english character a name related to bluebells not only because it's culturally valuable to the region, but also because it represents him as a person (loyal and always grateful)
definitely gonna read this in the morning and think "wtf was i talking about"
