I sometimes like to just log in a TTY-only session on my desktop, but I haven't customized it that much. Pretty much just tmux + my regular TUI programs. I wonder how different Linux would have been if people would have opted to use the built-in framebuffer instead of Xorg or Wayland

can also relate to sticking with a setup because "it just works" the main reason I use Wayland is for sixel support in the terminal xD
