"Social smoking" (like a handful of cigs a month) seems fine to me. Used to do that when I was a younger man, split a pack of Pall Malls with friends.

Glad to hear you're doing okay. Urgent Care clinics from what I heard aren't as good as a regular clinic. The one local to me has a really poor reputation. I figured it was just my regional one but I guess it's universal.
