hey friend, i believe you might be talking about a marquee. here is a straightforward tut: https://www.lissaexplains.com/fun3.shtml#marquee in your case, you would add image files instead of text to the marquee contents. hopefully this is what you were wondering about! :3

its just a div inside another div! you have one box which is the border, where u put the css border u want and the image as the background, then place another div inside it which has all the content!
