finished THE DEVIL IS LOOSE today. i enjoyed it but was not expecting r&b/disco tbh, i had heard asha puthli was an influence for kate bush so i was anticipating a more baroque style. still a very nice album!!

new album i listened to today: SAY THE TRUTH by fred fisher. very good! unfortunately i don’t know the language most of the lyrics are in. i hope i can find translations!

other day i listened to MM..FOOD by MF DOOM and NOCHES EN LA ISLA by kris floyd. both very good! regueton is not really my thing personally but i liked NOCHES EN LA ISLA regardless because it reminds me of hot nights sitting out on the porch, listening to the coquís, getting eaten alive by mosquitoes. MM..FOOD makes me feel like i’m at a cookout. it’s a fun summer album!
