Hey uhh reading your 14-05 journal entry and i'd seriously look into gaslighting and what it really means outside of being a meme, especially if stuff like that happens again/has happened in the past. It's a way of messing with someone to make them question their reality so that they're vulnerable to abuse.
Sorry if this is too personal for someone who doesnt know you at all- only found your site today- but. yeah.
