It seems that the Capitalistic structure converts people into commodities by making them conform to one type of person because it's easier to control, either through "conversion" or "fear". Its the choice of adapt or die. Feels like has been seen in similar events in the past and not-so-distant past, where goal is to culturally maim and remove diversity and individualism so as to enact power overall more efficiently.

It is interesting to note how conformity is often induced throughout society (e.g.: operant conditioning within schools and workplaces, information warfare through mass media "news", etc.)...and the "circuses" that supposedly act as a counterpoint to that "bread" (e.g.: "hyperpalatable" fast/junk foods, video game lootboxes and the other gambling mechanics of "behavioral game design", etc.).

The convergence of conscious persona and unconscious shadow aspects is probably easiest to detect through association (e.g.: pornography industry<->sex trafficking, pharmaceutical industry<->illegal drug smuggling, arms industry<->genocide, etc.). These latter examples in particular give a flavor of the type of thing that I was referring to.
