I think i've used calligraphr before too, but my handwriting was incredibly scruddy back then and the font looked SO BAD. it's worth going back and trying again with all of my EXQUISITE PENMANSHIP now
I definitely didn't have trouble reading the tools page in the The Good Friendimal Pals.
