wait when did neocities change their ui

i know i should probably make a page on my website for my traditional sketches and such but I'm feeling lazy

I've been sketching more on paper as of late, but can't scan anything due to pc issues so I can't put em on my website. it's also why the past few artworks were made in ibis. i wonder if i should consider myself retired from using clip studio paint since I'm considering getting a new pc that runs on linux
