Pirate Tv Channel 47 — Weather: Replaced random images with real RainViewer radar — 12 animated frames at 8 world cities
- Channel 52 — Traffic: 15 real TfL London traffic cams (Piccadilly Circus, Oxford St, etc.)
- Channel 99 — CCTV: 12 more real TfL London cams (different locations from Traffic)

Not a bad idea! I might add a "downloadable" patch/installer to add some Windows 2000 adjacent visual and audio components. Or maybe Windows 99 Plus! (that was requested).
