This is excellent! BTW - caramelized onions are cooked for a long time (at least 20 minutes) over low heat, giving them a rich, sweet flavor and soft, jammy texture. Sauteed onions are cooked quickly over higher heat in oil or fat while being stirred constantly. They are still firm, translucent or lightly browned.

That's the fun of it being a completely personal website: you can throw out whatever the hell you want and not pursue anything else any further. We love it!
