I updated my site to replace the use of iframe to a javascript script so now it is way easier to navigate

added resizing so the page is kinda usable on mobile, and look good on my laptop, and later make that if the screen is to little the sidebars disappears and the middle part uses all the space, so now the site is compleatly usable on phone
