Salad Magazine submission deadline is 2 weeks out - it's not too late to start on a submission! Also, theme voting exists for the next issue now (I have accomplished all of this from an iPad, which has been a great experience.) http://zine.kalechips.net

@zelkova Whoops, the code is shared with the blog comments (which is the directory where the rules are) and I forgot to change the link so it works on both. Now it should!
