That website had a TREMENDOUS amount of errors but that's one of the first sites I ever made

Are you sure it's spelled correctly? Maybe you accidentaly renamed it? Maybe it shouldn't be in any subfolders if you put it in one?
I just noticed you have it in a folder XD whenever I click the link I get a Google 404 error and the page starts refreshing by itself like crazy. I'm fairly certain now that removing it from the folder should fix the problem.
