paint has many more images tho. I'd make sure that your HTML code is properly optimized and, if necessary, cut down on *large* images. If nothing works, then presume Neocities changed some SSL stuff that is now too new for the O3DS to handle, although I doubt that is the case as the 3DS browser still has new enough SSLs for the most part as of now
