My website JUST hit 15k views today. Why is it already nearing 16k? Is that just a culmination of me repeatedly hitting refresh?

Also just realized that my site looks funny on certain laptops, how am I gonna fix this (○´―`)
I was today years old when I realized I could just make a seperate folder stylesheet for my blog.. I can't even qualify myself as a coder T^T
