Nightscape update is out, going to add some more tweaks in the next few days. Neocraft also has some planned updates in the near future! :D

yooo Andrew thanks for the follow! Also, I was meaning to ask, can you add mod accounts to Neocraft? I was thinking they would be able to kick people, build when you aren't online (they should be only trusted people) and have a few extra commands. They should also probably have a password

Yes, there will be a list of whitelisted IPs that will be able to build whenever and kick online users.

Neocraft is BACK ONLINE, with the exception that it's view-only unless I am online

Works like a charm. The file can be saved as a .TXT (all caps!) if you want to later view/modify it in software.
